The "Regulations" clearly classify four specific ways of constructing sewage treatment facilities: new farmers' new village settlements should be built with centralized treatment facilities for domestic sewage; villages with high population concentration and good economic conditions, and centralized treatment facilities for domestic sewage; encouragement In other rural areas, decentralized and centralized sewage treatment facilities should be built according to local conditions; villages around the towns can be disposed of by urban sewage treatment plant stations by laying sewage pipes or constructing sewage pumping stations.
In terms of rural domestic sewage treatment technology, funds and personnel, the "Regulations" require that the construction of centralized treatment facilities for rural domestic sewage should use mature, stable, practical, low-cost, easy-to-maintain treatment technologies and equipment, and the government will build self-built rural domestic sewage treatment facilities. Appropriate subsidies are given. The sewage treatment fee is included in the local financial budget management, and is specially used for the construction and operation of sewage centralized treatment facilities and sludge treatment and disposal, and shall not be used for other purposes.
The Guang'an Eco-Environment Bureau will also use the Internet for online supervision, coordinate with the residential construction department to further improve the online monitoring equipment of sewage treatment plants (station), strengthen the supervision of online monitoring facilities, monitor the effluent water quality in real time, conduct regular monitoring, and monitor results.
