Film production

2. Plate making process

(1) Exposure

First cut the plate according to the film size, the plate is better than the film 2-3mm, the vacuum film must be clean, if there are dust and stains, use anhydrous ethanol to clean. Remove the protective film on the plate so that the film side of the film faces the film of the plate. Open the vacuum to align the air between the film and the plate. Book the required exposure time. (This time is determined by the intensity of the lamp of the plate making machine and the font size of the plate making. If a piece of plate has both large and small fonts, the exposure time should be determined separately: the exposure time of large characters is short, and the exposure time of small characters and thin lines is long. The large part is covered with a mask, and the vacuum pump cannot be closed when it is covered, in case the plate is sunburned.

(2) flushing

The dried plate is applied on the flushing automatic plate with double-sided tape, and the two-way automatic washing is performed, and the plate is washed to the base of the plate (the flushing water must be poured into the washing tank before flushing, and the washing temperature is set).

(3) drying

Use the sponge to remove the floating water on the surface of the plate and put it in the drying box for drying. The temperature is generally set between 60-70 °C. The time is 10-20 minutes.

(4) Post exposure

After drying, the plate should be exposed again, so that the insufficiently photosensitive, incompletely cured part is completely cured in the process, so that the plate meets the required hardness standard.
