Steps
6.1. Push the switch on the left side of the micromanometer to "ON", the meter is powered on, and the display screen shows.
6.2. The micromanometer should be preheated for 5 ~ 15min before power on, otherwise the measurement reading will be inaccurate. After warming up for 5 ~ 15min, the screen will display a random number, indicating that the battery power is low, replace the battery. If the display number is stable after preheating for 5 ~ 15min, it can be transferred to measurement.
6.3. At this time, press the switch on the right side of the micromanometer to make the display show zero.
6.4. Connect one end of the two latex tubes to the negative pressure nozzle on the left side of the top of the micromanometer and the positive pressure nozzle on the right side. Place the other end of the latex tube on the positive pressure nozzle at the measured part; place the other end of the latex tube on the negative pressure nozzle at the normal pressure part.
6.5. Observe the value displayed on the micromanometer screen, read and record the value after it stabilizes.
Precautions
7.1. The appearance of the micromanometer should be checked before use, and the display function should be normal after power-on inspection.
7.2. After starting 15 minutes, the screen displays random and unstable numbers, indicating that the battery of the micromanometer is insufficient, and the battery should be replaced.
7.3. The micromanometer should be warmed up for 15 minutes after starting up, and can be measured after reaching the preheating time, otherwise it will affect the measurement results.
7.4. Keep away from places subject to vibration and strong magnetic field, and avoid using in places where the ambient temperature changes drastically.
7.5. When measuring, avoid squeezing the latex tube so that the air pressure can be transmitted to the sensor in the micromanometer normally.
7.6. The maximum measuring pressure of the micromanometer is 140Kpa, and the pressure value during measurement shall not be greater than this value, so as to avoid overload damage to the instrument.
Verification procedures
8.1. The instrument management personnel will send the micro-pressure gauge to the legal metrology verification agency for annual measurement verification. According to the verification result, paste the response label and fill in the instrumentation cycle in-use condition table.
8.2. The pre-test inspection of the micromanometer mainly checks its battery level, overall measurement function, and whether it can complete the upcoming inspection task. Check to find the problem, fill in the operation inspection record.
maintenance
9.1. The micromanometer is an instrument with poor pressure resistance and impact resistance. Therefore, squeeze and impact should be avoided during use and storage.
9.2. The micromanometer should be stored in a dry place away from strong magnetic fields and high temperatures. The battery in the meter should be removed for long-term storage.
9.3. The micromanometer should be clean after each use. Wipe with a clean soft cloth during cleaning to avoid washing and prevent water ingress.
The operator shall not disassemble the micro-pressure gauge by himself except for replacing the dry battery when the battery power is insufficient
