Installation and troubleshooting of the clean bench
The ultra-clean workbench is a partial purification unit for sterile, dust-free and clean environment in the fields of medicine, health, bioengineering, and scientific experiments. The air is injected into the static pressure box through the primary air filter and the low-noise centrifugal fan at the rear of the top, and is uniformly blown out on the upper side through the high-efficiency air filter to form a horizontal clean air curtain with high cleanliness, and the working area is removed. The original natural air, the ideal high cleanliness space is achieved in five minutes after starting up. The adjustable fan is used to adjust the air volume infinitely, and the light-touch switch adjusts the voltage knob to ensure that the wind speed in the working area is always in an ideal state.
Installation and use:
The workbench should be located in a relatively clean working room (preferably in the primary clean room of 100,000 or 300,000 class), plug in the power, and turn on the function shown on the control panel. Before starting the machine, the working area and the outer casing of the clean bench should be carefully cleaned to remove the surface dust. After 10 minutes from the start, the normal operation can be carried out.
maintain:
1. According to the actual use, the primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, and the cleaning cycle is generally 3~6 months. (If it is not washed for a long time, the dust will affect the insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect).
2. When the ideal cross-section wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary air filter, the working voltage of the fan (rotation knob) should be adjusted to achieve the desired uniform wind speed (the fan is used when the new workbench starts). The working voltage can be adjusted to 80V~90V).
3. Generally, when the working voltage of the fan is adjusted to the highest point after 18 months of use, the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, indicating that the high efficiency air filter has excessive dust accumulation (the filter hole on the filter material has been basically blocked, Timely update), the general efficient air filter has a service life of 18 months.
4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correct size of the model (original manufacturer configuration), press the arrow wind direction device, and pay attention to the perimeter seal of the filter, absolutely no leakage occurs.
General faults, causes and troubleshooting Fault phenomenon: The main power switch does not close, and automatically trips. Causes: 1. The fan is stuck and the motor does not turn, or the line is short-circuited. Remedy: 1. Adjust the position of the fan shaft, or replace the impeller and bearing to check whether the line is intact. 2. Check the insulation resistance of the circuit and components to the outer casing and repair the insulation fault parts step by point according to the circuit diagram.
Fault phenomenon: The wind speed is low. Reason:
1. Primary filter. Excessive dust accumulation. 2. The high efficiency filter fails.
Remedy: 1. Clean the primary filter. 2. Replace the high efficiency filter.
Fault phenomenon: the fan does not turn. Reason:
1. The contactor does not work. 2. The fan power fuse has been blown.
Remedy: 1. Check if the contactor line is normal. 2. Replace the fuse.
Symptom: Fluorescent light does not light. Reason:
1. The lamp or relay is damaged. 2. The lamp power fuse has been blown.
Remedy: 1. Replace the lamp or relay. 2. Replace the fuse.
