The binder for waterless offset printing inks consists of chlorinated rubber dispersed in dibutyl phthalate or dioctyl ester and dimerized rosin pentaerythritol ester dispersed in ink oil. To adjust its viscosity with ink oil, talc powder is often used as filler, in order to reduce friction, a small amount of polysiloxane can also be added to achieve the purpose of eliminating and reducing surface tension.
