German company improves plastic chain cardboard conveyor

MINDA Industrieanlagen GmbH, Germany, has improved the design concept of the plastic chain cardboard conveying device and introduced a new chassis with a wooden support plate. The ultra-low-friction SLF Acetal chain is made of high-hardness plastic and can be run on very “strong” wooden trays. It safely transports all paperboard crucibles and requires no maintenance even when running for a long time. The plastic chain paperboard conveying device can transport paperboards ranging from 800mm to 2800mm in width. If you need to transport larger cardboard boxes, you can install the two conveyor systems side by side. The longest length of all tapes is 8000mm. The design height of the conveying device is 315mm, and installation of the device does not require a trench. The chain paperboard conveyor has a maximum load of 126,000 tons. It requires only one conveyor drive and a maximum conveying speed of 40 meters per minute. The upper closed chain is extremely loaded and is up to 30% higher than the open chain. Minda specially designed closed chain maximum load capacity of 2,000 tons / square meter. The plastic chain cardboard feeder is also fitted with split plastic links that can be used to install inspection lights in the bottom frame. Detectors installed in this position cannot be destroyed. Since the photocells are not erected on the conveyor belt, the operator reduces the accident rate when he or she patrols on the conveyor system (such as stacking waste from tile lines).
