Fully automatic electromagnetic nail packaging equipment passed the results appraisal

The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Committee organized a “Fully-Automated Electromagnetic Electron Nail Packaging Complete Equipment” achievement appraisal meeting jointly organized by Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Beijing Da Ruixing Nail Industry Co., Ltd. An appraisal committee composed of 7 professors from the China Mechanical Engineering Society, such as Professor Song Tianhu, listened to project development work reports, technical reports, and user use reports, reviewed the relevant appraisal materials and signed them.

This project is the first domestic fully-automatic electromagnetic nail packaging complete equipment with independent intellectual property rights. It is not only innovative in terms of constant current positive and negative magnetizing technology, three-stage vibrating material weighing technology, and evenly-charged hopper smooth lifting technology, but also integrates advanced practical technologies such as PLC program control and digital electronic weighing. Improve the reliability and flexibility of nail packaging equipment automation.

The precision and efficiency of the complete sets of equipment are higher, orderly discharge of the nails is achieved, the package size is reduced by 20 to 30, and the damage during transportation is avoided. After more than 6 years of stable operation, the output value has reached more than 200 million yuan, which has significant economic and social significance. The cost of this equipment is only one-sixth that of imported similar equipment, and the market prospect is broad.
