use
The maximum working temperature of the infrared rapid drying oven is about 150 degrees. It is suitable for processing such as baking, sterilization, drying, etc. It is also a standing instrument in the laboratory.
structure
The drying box is composed of thin steel plates, and the working room and the outer shell of the box are made of insulating asbestos plates as cushion plates. There is a door on the front for picking and placing samples.
All electrical operating equipment of the drying box is installed on the top of the box, the heating is controlled by two infrared light bulbs, the power switch is turned on, and the two infrared light bulbs work at the same time. If you want to know the temperature rise, you can put a thermometer in the studio to know.
Use and attention
1. When in use, plug in the power socket to turn on the power switch to make it work.
2. The box should be placed indoors.
3. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying box, so it is flammable and explosive. Do not put it in the drying box to avoid explosion.
4. This drying oven is lightweight. Small size and easy to carry. The sample placed in the working room cannot exceed 15 kg, so as not to affect the service life of the drying oven.
