SOFA FRAME: Imported Russian kiln dried solid hard pine wood, no special smell and environmental friendly.
PADDING SPONGE: D30-45 high density and high resilience  sponge, durable and comfortable.
UPHOLSTERY: Upholstered with genuine leather on sitting area, which is delicate, smooth, soft and elegant luxury. Faux leather will be used on non-touching area.
SPRING: High elasticity Serpentine steel spring
MATERIAL OPTIONS: Full genuine leather, Italian leather+faux leather, Chinese leather+faux leather, imitation leather+faux leather, velvet fabric, linen fabric, etc.
COLOR OPTIONS: As picture or custom, color swatches are available for your selection.
PACKING: Each sofa wrapped with EPE or bubble bag, then protected by corrugated board, then wrapped and sealed with knitting bag.
WARRANTY: 10 years for inner frame, 5 years for genuine leather.
DELIVERY TIME: 14 days for sample, 15-25 days for mass order, depends on productions schedule.
TRADE TERM: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF

1. Strict materials and colors checking before production. Each leather will be compared strictly according to the agreed color in the order.
2. During production, online QC will check carefully on each production phrase, starting from leather cutting, sewing till packing.
3. Every sofa set and bed are with quality checking & cleaning before packaging.
4. Clients will be informed the final production finish date for arrangement of inspection and shipment.
5. When production is finished, pictures will be taken for the whole sofa set and for each sofa from different side, and send to clients before packing. 
6. Post-sales service: We will control the quality during production and take effective measurements to resolve any problem in case occurred.

Q1: When can my furniture order be delivered after order is placed?
Normally production lead time for sofas is about 15 days, it depends on the quantity you need and production schedule, details production finish date will be stated in proforma invoice.

Q2: How long can I receive my sofas or beds?
It depends on your order quantity, port and shipment schedules, we will choose the fast shipment method for you to make sure you get your furniture earlier. 

Q3: Do you accept sample order for sofas or beds?
Yes, sample order is acceptable, yet export charges and freight will be given besides the sofa costs, and it will be for your account. 

Q4: Can you design or modified the sofas or beds as we request? 
Yes, kindly let us know your idea or send us pictures of your designs, our R&D department will design and quote accordingly.

Q5: What if we found quality problem after receiving my furniture?
Please help to take clear pictures of the problem and send us, we will check and discuss with our production department and take effective measurement to resolve it.
 
1. Put your sofa in the right place, avoid direct sun-shine and don't put it near the the heater nor directly facing the air-conditioner.

2. Do simple cleaning of the sofa every week, using medium-wet soft cloth to swept the dirts on the surface of the sofa. 

3. Use professional care agent to clean softly. Usually they need to be mixed with water before using, please use according to the instruction.

4. Use wax as protective film on receiving your sofa before using it, the wax will protect your sofa from dirts and sweat. Do wax maintenance every month, and increase maintenance times in summer.
