According to our experience in the development and application of honeycomb paperboard, we believe that the combination of honeycomb paperboard and other packaging materials such as paper corners, paper tubes, EPE, etc., is an important direction for future development. After the combination of icons, the following purposes are achieved:

1. EPE solves the problem of deformation of the base of the cabinet caused by insufficient buffer strength of the honeycomb paperboard;
2. The paper angle solves the problem that the side panel of the cabinet is deformed due to the insufficient side pressure of the honeycomb paperboard;
3. Overall protection performance is better;
4. From the cost analysis: using this structure, corrugated boxes from three to three layers, eliminating the need for paper chassis, the overall packaging cost is low;
5. Shop assembly is easier and the line speed is increased.

Of course, the above structure also has the disadvantages that honeycomb paperboard manufacturers are relatively difficult to produce and honeycomb paperboard mats have relatively high transportation costs. However, from the perspective of better product protection and cost reduction, the above multiple material combination packaging methods are still very advantageous. .
