Screen Company Launches New Multi-box Automatic Loader

Screens has recently launched a new multi-box autoloader, which enables the automatic production of the screen PlateRite Ultima 16000CTP system for up to nine hours.

The three-box MA-L 16000 autoloader can handle three different sizes of 210 plates in sizes ranging from 450 x 370 mm to 1470 x 1165 mm. It can handle plates up to 0.4 mm in thickness.

Rob Hageman, product manager for Screen Europe, said: “The operator of the plate processing system can now go home and let the CTP system produce the plates themselves without worrying that they will go wrong.”

When the plate number is lower than the standard value, the screen company's remote monitoring system will send out a text or email reminding the operator, so that the PlateRite system can be produced without leaving the factory for a long time.
