Aries Packaging Launches New Generation of Product Packaging Line

Aries Packaging of France introduced to the market its new flexible packaging and product packaging lines, including a new generation ARIFORM 603 product packaging machine, a dispenser and an ARITRAY packaging automation unit.

The difference of the new generation ARIFORM 603 product packaging machine is that it enlarges the packaging warehouse. The size of many mechanical components is greatly reduced, and the left and right sides can be independently adjusted. And it has good ergonomics performance and mechanical configuration. The operator can operate the machine conveniently.

The packing machine with automatic machine adopts dynamic component facilities and gradual deceleration devices to ensure the protection of products during the packaging process. The entire machine has a packaging speed of 40 boxes per minute. The box was sent to the conveyor belt by a four-axis FANUC M-420iA robot.

Aries Packaging designed the intelligent product line off-line product collection device. All packaging machines can be equipped with a variety of integrated or split peripheral equipment, including batteries, accumulating devices, dispensing devices, conveying devices, mixing devices, stacking devices, and the like. These peripheral devices are combined with the servo system, starting from the filling machine's exit and performing complete management of the production line's off-line products.
