1. Choose bright fast dry ink
When the high-speed machine is printing, it is necessary to select the light of the fast-drying type, otherwise it will not only affect the appearance of the product (low glossiness), but also affect the quality of the product (the ink is not dry and the phenomenon of back rubbing occurs). However, the drying of the ink depends on the volatility and permeability of the ink, and various auxiliary materials of the ink.
The auxiliary materials commonly used in inks include ink varnish, sizing agent, diluting agent and the like. In the printing, the main use of varnish to increase the ink flow, and the thickness of the varnish is related to the drying speed, the thicker the varnish is dried under the same conditions, because the drying speed of the varnish is The increase in the degree of thickening accelerated.
From the principle of bright fast-drying inks, its thickening process is the drying process. That is, when the varnish is used to adjust the ink, most of the reaction in the dry film formation process has been completed. This part of the reaction is performed at a high temperature, because if the oil or thin oil is thickened to the same extent at room temperature, the time required will be greatly extended, so the drying speed of the thin varnish is generally lower than that of the thick-toned ink. Slow oil. The thin oil has low plasticity, easy flow and penetration, and is coated on paper for a relatively long period of time in a flowing state, which is a resistance to film curing. The thick oil is not the same, it can be fixed and stationary, easier to film curing, so it dries quickly.
2. Ink preparation requirements
(1) The suitability of ink for printing
When the high-speed machine prints, the ink flows from the ink tank to the plate, and then the process to the substrate is the process of ink transfer and transfer separation. (2) Requirements for ink viscosity
The viscosity of the ink must be adapted to the entire printing process. (3) Ink resistance
