2. Diazo photosensitive adhesive

This type of photosensitive liquid is less odor and skin irritant, and it is easy to modulate. It is also easy to release and regenerate. It is cheaper.

2 diazo resin + PVA + polymer emulsion + acrylate monomer. An acrylate monomer dissolved in a photopolymerization initiator is added to a diazo resin, a PVA, and a polymer emulsion, and hardened simultaneously according to a cross-linking reaction of a diazo resin and an acryloyl polymerization reaction. Due to the increased polymerized cross-linking of acrylates, water resistance and solvent resistance are improved, so that high resolution and edge definition are also improved.

3. Non-diazoresin

1SBQ. PVA + polymer emulsion SBQ. PVA is an abbreviation of PVA added with a styrene pyridinium salt. SBQ is a phenylpyridinium salt, not only high sensitivity, but also good water resistance. Crosslinked PVA, insoluble in water. This compound has a high sensitivity and has excellent storage stability in the state of applying a photosensitive liquid.

2SBQ. PVA+ Polymer Emulsion+ Acrylate Because SBQ is used as cross-linking agent, high sensitivity is achieved, and thick-film version (300-400 μm) is also easy to make. In the current screen printing sensitizers, water-based and solvent-based inks can be used, and high-sensitivity plates can be produced, referring to such sensitizers.

It is predicted that in the 21st century, SBQ photosensitive adhesives will replace diazo type photosensitive adhesives and become the most used photosensitive adhesives. SBQ is a single-liquid type photoresist, so no photosensitizer is needed; it can be used immediately, saving time and not wasting. The sensitivity is 3-5 times higher than that of diazo photosensitive adhesive and the exposure time is about 1/5 of diazo. It can save energy, reduce costs and improve work efficiency. High resolution, superior original reproduction performance and developing performance. Thin lines can be ultra-precision printing. High concentration, good coating performance, smooth film surface, clear plate lines, and can make thick film screen. The stability of storage is excellent, and it can be stored in high temperature and humid climate for at least 3 years without any influence on plate making. Therefore, it is possible to produce a PS plate (pre-coated plate) or a film for long-term storage.

In the past, color overlay in screen printing, the image accuracy can only reach 40-100l, as seen in the CD (DVD) disk printing, audio and video images and electronic game products, the demand for more vivid printing dramatically. For this reason, the image should reach 80-133l or more. The photosensitive adhesive is a non-diazophobic adhesive, which is the direction of future development.

Third, screen printing ink development trend

China's production of screen printing inks is relatively complete, both solvent-based inks suitable for a variety of substrates, but also the newly developed water-based inks and UV inks, some of the quality is very good, it should be said that rapid development. However, due to the wide variety of screen printing substrates such as metals, plastics, ceramics, glass, sheets, leather, fabrics, and the like, either flat or profiled screen printing requires a large amount of screen printing inks that are compatible with the substrates.

At present, China's high-quality, high-precision printing inks and special-purpose inks, four-color screening inks and UV inks are almost imported. Therefore, there are infinitely bright prospects for the application and development of screen printing inks.
