Precautions for troubleshooting with printed electronic scales

The electronic scales with printing are usually used in supermarkets, food stores, delicatessens, shopping malls, etc. The advantages of electronic scales are also numerous, and because of this, label printing electronic scales and self-adhesive printing electronic scales are favored by users. However, electronic scales, like other commercial and industrial electronic scale products, have a regular troubleshooting work, but this is not a simple way to view the next line, because if it is not properly operated, it is likely to lead to printable electronics. The scale has failed, so we should let the professional technicians operate when troubleshooting the electronic scale.

Note 1: When the printable electronic scale fails, do not rush to open the upper cover of the electronic scale. We must first exclude some possible external factors. If it is not human factor, then we should check whether the checker is placed properly, the power cord, If the fuse is normal, if everything is normal, it is best to contact the supplier's technical staff to open the cover under its guidance;

Note 2: The device inside the printed electronic scale is very sensitive to static electricity. It is best for the operator not to touch the pins casually. In particular, remember not to use wet hands during maintenance or operation. Touch with dirty hands to prevent impact on the weighing of printed electronic scales;

Note 3: When repairing the printed electronic scale, be careful not to touch the pins of the fluorescent display tube and the display driver to prevent short circuit. In particular, do not insert the test leads or probes between the two pins, otherwise it is easy. Burnout printable scale drivers and microcontrollers;

Note 4: When repairing and soldering the electronic scale, it is necessary to use a professional soldering iron to solder it. It is best to use a soldering iron of (50~75)W. The soldering temperature should be kept at 260 degrees Celsius for 10 hours. Within seconds, otherwise the overheated temperature and longer time will cause damage to the integrated block;

Note 5: When troubleshooting electronic scales, when removing and replacing components, please remember that the printed electronic scales are not energized, otherwise the components will be damaged;

Note 6: This last point is also the most important point. First check the recovery of each part, especially if the connector is plugged in, whether the component touches the wire and the sensor, and if there are any debris falling on the wire plate, etc. Wait, you have to do a foolproof recovery work, after confirming, turn on the power for testing.
